Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. This role will provide exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative support. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their career in Human Resources.
Internship Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and company events.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in preparing and updating HR documents, policies, and reports.
• Provide administrative support in training and development initiatives.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus.
